We will guide a small virtual cohort of nonprofit leaders through evaluating your pipeline and landscape, setting an ambitious 7-figure fundraising goal, assessing strengths and gaps in your existing team and resources, and developing a plan to meet and exceed your fundraising goal.

What normally takes 8 - 16 weeks in an engagement with De Lewis Consulting will happen in the span of 7 days.
Most of the challenge will be a cohort-based experience with 90 - 120 minutes of class with the group, followed by 2-3 hours of individual assignments. There will be individual sessions on each Thursday and a partner session on the second Tuesday.
During the challenge, you'll conduct an internal landscape analysis of your organization, set fundraising goals, and create strategic plans to reach and surpass those goals.

Between cohort meetings and homework assignments, the challenge will require participants to set aside 4-6 hours/day over a two-week period. You'll also have the opportunity to present your plan and celebrate with your cohort at the completion of the challenge.
