  10:00 – 11:00: Hear about the progress made so far in the broader effort to improve literacy in New York City and understand how NYC Reads fits into the bigger picture.

• Exploring the Implementation & Scale of NYC Reads
  11:15 am – 12:30 pm: Examine lessons learned about implementing and scaling the Science of Reading across New York City from our partners at TNTP.

• Lunch with Leaders in Education Philanthropy
