Dominique De Armond
Dominique is a mission-driven nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic fundraising, campaign management, and organizational development.
As the founder of De Lewis LLC, she has partnered with nonprofits nationwide to develop tailored fundraising strategies, build donor relationships, and deliver transformative results. Previously, Dominique led development efforts for organizations like KIPP NYC, where she directed a $100M capital campaign, KIPP Foundation, and Teach For America.
In addition, her hands-on experience as an educator and nonprofit leader enables her to bring a unique blend of empathy, strategy, and results to every project.

Rachel Goldklang
Rachel brings 15 years of nonprofit experience, ranging from early impact in writing over $200M in successful federal grants to leading national fundraising teams, including most recently as chief philanthropy officer.
An executive leader previously at KIPP Foundation and PJ Library, Rachel's experience in stakeholder engagement and board management spans sectors. She began her career as a management consultant with Bain & Company and retains a passion for structured problem solving and a focus on financial outcomes.
A proud NYCPS parent, Rachel believes in the promise of public education and is committed to the unflagging work to achieve it.

Tom Clark
Tom Clark brings two decades of experience in nonprofit, education, and philanthropic leadership to Hold Fast Leadership Partners.
His career spans from hands-on work as a fundraiser, strategist, and marketing and communications professional to being an executive leader and board member.
Throughout his career at KIPP DC Public Schools, Teach For America, and other education and nonprofit institutions, Tom has anchored his beliefs and perspectives in his experience as a teacher, neighbor, and advocate for equity, always focused on building sustainable systems that uplift students, families, and communities.
